Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms are spacious, quiet, and come with high-speed internet, newspapers, and a complimentary minibar, though lacking a coffee machine. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests, such as warming food in the microwave without any hassle. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from various attractions, including the main shopping center and lovely restaurants in the charming 'Venice' district of Erfurt. However, dining can be on the pricey side, even though the quality of the food is exceptional.
